Uncapped production tiers range from 65% to 75% Agent based on prior-year closed volume. Current Kirkson agents are grandfathered at 75% Agent.

Kirkson clients

50/50 partnership

All Kirkson-generated or assigned opportunities are shared 50% Agent / 50% Kirkson, including resulting repeat and referral business.

First 90 days

Launch Period

New agents pay no onboarding, annual, monthly, or standard brokerage transaction fee. E&O and TC/QA still apply.

Every closing

TC/QA

Transaction Coordination / Quality Assurance is mandatory at $500 per represented side. E&O is charged per transaction.

4 Required commitments

I will represent Kirkson as one trusted brokerage brand and will not operate a competing team or sub-brand without written approval.I will promptly maintain Kirkson client relationships, communications, appointments, and transaction milestones in the Kirkson CRM.I will follow Kirkson’s service, communication, advertising, documentation, supervision, and compliance standards.
